Pre-orders and Delivery dates

  • Order Processing; We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
  • Fresh wreaths and arrangements are made to order and may require additional processing time, especially during busy seasonal periods.
  • Non‑perishable items (such as ribbons, and tools) are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If your order contains both fresh and non‑perishable items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on what ensures the safest delivery.
  • Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable delivery options will be shown before you complete your purchase.
  • Delivery Timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Once dispatched, most non perishable orders arrive within 2–5 working days within the UK.
  • Fresh and Perishable goods are sent by next day delivery.

Please note: During busy seasonal periods, delivery may take a little longer. Delays caused by our couriers are outside our control.

Fresh & Perishable Products; Fresh wreath kits require careful handling. We package all fresh items securely to maintain quality during transit. Please open your parcel promptly upon arrival and follow any care instructions provided.
